Mr. Sisson is the Chairman of SCALE Aviation and a Managing Director with Credit Suisse.
Mr. Sisson has over 30 years’ experience in various leadership roles in the aviation industry in both aircraft leasing and finance.
Prior to joining SCALE Aviation and Credit Suisse, Mr. Sisson was on the Advisory Board of Hudson Structured Capital Management and CEO of AVi8 Air Capital. Mr. Sisson spent six years as President & CEO of AWAS (top six commercial aircraft lessor), growing AWAS’s fleet to 315 aircraft, with an asset value in excess of $12.5 billion, serving over 110 airlines in 49 countries.
Mr. Sisson began his aviation career at GE Capital Aviation Services, spending 13 years working in the European and Asian regions, as well as opening up the Middle East, Africa and Russian Federation region based in Dubai. Mr. Sisson has also served as President & CEO of Titan Aviation Leasing, and as Chief Commercial Officer of SR Technics.
Mr. Sisson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknell University, a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago. He is on the Board of Orbis Ireland, an affiliate of Orbis International – an international non-profit non-governmental organization dedicated to saving sight worldwide.
Ms. Brinkman is the President and Chief Financial Officer for SCALE Aviation.
Prior to joining SCALE Aviation, Ms. Brinkman held various positions with Triton Aviation, including CFO and CEO.
Triton Aviation was a commercial passenger and freighter aircraft lessor that issued $720 million floating and fixed rate notes as part of a pooled aircraft securitization. Ms. Brinkman successfully completed a Consent Solicitation with $344 million remaining debt balance, conducted all company finances, and approved all aircraft leases and sales, as well as managing investor, rating agencies, and servicer relationships.
Prior to joining Triton, Ms. Brinkman served as a Director of Accounting at Move.com and she began her career as an Auditor with Deloitte.
Ms. Brinkman holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant with the state of California.
Mr. Fields is the Chief Technical Officer for SCALE Aviation.
Mr. Fields has over 15 years’ experience in various leadership roles in the aviation industry in both airline and aircraft leasing environments.
Prior to joining SCALE Aviation, Mr. Fields was Vice President Fleet Management in AWAS and later DAE Capital. In this role, Mr. Fields was responsible for the technical aspects of the companies’ $14 billion portfolio of aircraft. Mr. Fields also had technical responsibility for aircraft investment and divestment activities.
Mr. Fields spent 10 years at the Irish flag carrier Aer Lingus, where he held various leadership positions within the Maintenance and Engineering department. At Aer Lingus, Mr. Fields had responsibility for 120 staff across eight global locations.
Mr. Fields began his career in SR Technic’s, Dublin as an Engineering Specialist providing engineering support to aircraft undergoing heavy maintenance.
Mr. Fields holds a Bachelor of Engineering (HONS) from Dublin City University, a Bachelor of Arts in Technology Management (HONS) from Technological University Dublin and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Limerick. Mr. Fields currently lives in Dublin, Ireland.
Mr. Fields volunteers his time and expertise to the Irish Historic Flight Foundation in support of the operation of classic and vintage aircraft.
Mr. Weston is the Chief Information Officer for SCALE Aviation.
Mr. Weston has over 20 years of experience in aviation and banking, with a particular focus on using technology to streamline processes for lessors.
Prior to joining SCALE, Mr. Weston spent three years growing the new aviation leasing business of Sysco Software as the aviation lead.
Previously, Mr. Weston held a number of roles in the top tier aircraft lessors CIT and AWAS, in addition to working in the Aircraft Finance group at SMBC providing debt finance solutions to the aviation space. Prior to entering leasing, he spent eight years with Misys developing internet banking solutions for banks around the world.
Mr. Weston began his career with ING Bank.
Mr. Weston holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the National College of Ireland, along with a Specialist Postgraduate Diploma in Aviation Leasing & Finance from the University of Limerick. Mr. Weston currently lives in Dublin, Ireland.
Mr. Delaney is the Senior Vice President within the Technical team of SCALE Aviation.
Prior to SCALE Aviation, Mr. Delaney held various positions within the technical team at aircraft leasing company AWAS, and later DAE Capital, including Asset Management Director and Powerplant & Maintenance Reserves Director.
During this time, Mr. Delaney had oversight of the maintenance reserves budget forecasting for the company’s $14 billion portfolio of aircraft and engines, and was responsible for providing engine-related support for aircraft transitions, maintenance events and claims. In addition, Mr. Delaney was also responsible for the development of lease language and maintenance rates to preserve engine and aircraft values, and also originated and concluded the sale of a number of engine assets.
Mr. Delaney began his career in aviation with the airline Ryanair, working in their Technical Services department. Initially as a Systems & Airframe Engineer and then as a Powerplant & Propulsion Engineer, Mr. Delaney had responsibility for all aspects of the airworthiness of the airline’s engine fleet. Following this, Mr. Delaney spent a number of years working in Vancouver, Canada, with CHC Helicopters in their Engineering Reliability group.
Mr. Delaney holds a Bachelor in Arts and a Bachelor in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin, and is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with Engineers Ireland.
Mr. Gannon is the Chief Investment & Risk Officer for SCALE Aviation and brings over 15 years of aircraft leasing experience across a range of finance, risk and operating positions.
Based in Dublin, Ireland, Mr. Gannon has responsibility for leading the asset and risk management functions at SCALE.
Prior to SCALE, Mr. Gannon spent over seven years at AWAS and DAE Capital in a variety of senior roles. His leasing career began with Standard Chartered Bank (formerly Pembroke Capital).
Mr. Gannon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Dublin City University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick. He is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
